We understand that you want to have a relationship with a qualified travel agent when planning something special. Whether in person, over the phone or through email, we promise to listen to you, give our best advice based on our experience, address your concerns and provide personal service to your satisfaction.

Our Policies

• We reserve the right to deny any travel request that we consider fraudulent. We only have relationships with reputable travel suppliers and travel insurance companies.
• We do not book travel to countries that are on the US Dept of State Travel Advisories Level 3 and 4 List to ensure safer travel.
• To prevent credit card fraud, we require a signed credit card authorization form for each reservation number at the beginning of the booking process. We also offer travel insurance with multiple companies for the best price and coverage. If you prefer not to purchase travel insurance, we require a signed insurance declination form for each reservation before the final payment.
• We adhere to all travel suppliers and travel insurance company policies including a no discounting policy enacted by most cruise lines and tour operators. If you find a lower price, we will work with the travel supplier to reduce your final cost or provide you with additional perks.
• All phone calls are recorded to ensure accuracy. If you prefer not to be recorded, please contact us through email.
• When applicable, we process the final payment 10 days before the travel supplier’s final payment date. This ensures that we have plenty of time to reach you and make sure we have the correct payment information, so the travel supplier will receive the final payment on time.

I have been passionately involved in the travel industry for almost 25 years, helping thousands of clients book their vacations. I am as enthusiastic in helping a client plan a vacation as they are. I thrive on the joy a couple, a group of friends or a multi-generational family can share on a vacation, celebrating milestones and making lasting memories. It is important to me to listen to your vacation dreams and turn them into a reality.

As a child, I enjoyed traveling and making memories with my own family. We were members of a camping club that would meet in a different state each summer. My most cherished memory during that time was being in Philadelphia for the bicentennial and touching the Liberty bell. Annual vacations eventually accumulated to 45 states and 4 provinces of Eastern Canada. Now, I continue the camping fun with my husband at our favorite getaway, the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, where we can hike to waterfalls and enjoy nature.

Early in life, I was bitten by the travel bug and combined with my love of world geography and cultures, I followed my passion to travel school. I graduated from the Central Florida Academy of Travel in Orlando, Florida in 1995 and have been working in the industry ever since. I first started as a vacation specialist at a well-known travel company, FunJet Vacations. While in this position, I helped clients plan and book their vacation packages throughout the Caribbean and North & Central America.

I also worked for many other well-respected travel companies such as Universal Studios Vacations, Travel Planners International and Cruises-N-More. I have been involved in many ship inspections with Carnival, MSC, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. During this time, I achieved over 100+ specialist certifications with most cruise lines and many destinations including Australia and most of Europe.
